State enterprise with 26 hectares of land in Lviv region to be privatized for UAH 20 million

Wood Service Energo LLC won the privatization auction for EkoTransEnergo.

On Wednesday, February 19, the State Property Fund held an auction to privatize the unified property complex of the state enterprise EkoTransEnergo in the village of Novyi Yar, Lviv region. The winner was Kyiv-based Wood Service Energo LLC, which specializes in timber trade.

Two bidders competed for the asset. Starting from UAH 6 million, the winning bid reached UAH 20 million. The competitor, Lviv-based Zemlebudproekt LLC, offered UAH 14 million.

EkoTransEnergo, which extracts sand, gravel, clay and kaolin, owns 70 real estate assets in Novyi Yar, Yavoriv district. These include workshops, warehouses, pumping stations, a reagent storage building, a canteen and other facilities.

The enterprise also owns three land plots with a total area of 26 hectares and 22 vehicles.

EkoTransEnergo's accounts payable amount to nearly UAH 22.5 million, including UAH 4.95 million in wage arrears. The enterprise employs 37 people.

Operating performance indicators of the state enterprise EkoTransEnergo

Under the sale terms of the privatization asset, the buyer of the unified property complex of SE EkoTransEnergo must settle the enterprise's debts within six months and prevent staff layoffs.
